What we do
TopLocal Movers helps people in the UK find and compare highly rated removal companies. We list company details, published rating data, the services each company offers and the areas it covers, so a shortlist can be built in minutes.
How listings are ordered
Ordering is based on the TopLocal Score, a 0–100 provisional measure combining publicly available rating data, review volume, profile completeness and our verification checks. The scoring method is not final and will be published in full. Companies cannot pay for placement or for a higher score.
How verification works
Each check is stored and displayed separately: Google Business Listing, Website Active, Minimum Review Requirement, Address Confirmed, TopLocal Verified and Business Claimed. A company having a Google listing does not make it TopLocal Verified.
Data honesty
We never invent ratings, reviews, customer claims or rating breakdowns. Where source data does not provide something, we say so on the page. Demo listings used during development are labelled as manual demo data in our records and are kept separate from data sourced from public business profiles.
